We are looking for people who want to be part of a dynamic pizza team and wish to test life in Henningsvær and Lofoten.

We bake our take on the neapolitan style pizza in our firewood oven constructed with recycled bricks, sourced from the factory's original chimney. We strive to source our ingredients regionally and sustainably. During high season (June-August), we serve up to 400 pizzas daily.

At Trevarefabrikken we are a big group of friends and colleagues enjoying the island life. We work, hike, climb, surf and watch endless sunsets together. It’s a social place where you’ll make new friends and create lasting memories both inside and outside of work.

The work includes

• making and serving handmade pizzas in a wood fired oven
• keeping the pizzeria a warm and welcoming place for everyone at all times
• keeping all workspaces clean, organized and well stocked 

You

• experienced in operating a wood fired pizza oven
• experienced with high tempo pizzeria environment and serving handmade pizza
• lead the pizzateam in absence of the other main pizzaiolo

  The job

  • requires you to be available from June to October. A possibility to start earlier and work longer can be discussed for the right candidate.
  • will be minimum 50% June and September, full time 100% July and August.
  • in Henningsvær is often changing with the seasons in both weather and visitors, so flexibility when it comes to tasks and workload is expected.
