Trevarefabrikken is seeking experienced kitchen staff to join our rotating team of chefs, operating around the clock, offering diverse dining experiences to our guests.

At Trevarefabrikken we are a big group of friends and colleagues enjoying the island life. We work, hike, climb, surf and watch endless sunsets together. It’s a social place where you’ll make new friends and create lasting memories both inside and outside of work.

The work includes

• prepare and manage the breakfast buffet, including hot dishes
• bake and prepare an assortment of goods for our café and desserts for dinner service
• serve a small à la carte brunch menu
• operate our outdoor grill, preparing burgers, fish, and other à la carte items
• maintain kitchen systems, including labeling and communication protocols
• uphold hygiene and food safety standards across all tasks

You

• experience in diverse kitchen environments
• self-motivated with strong initiative
• sbility to excel in high-tempo settings
• proficiency with various kitchen equipment, particularly flat tops and grills

  • will be minimum 80% to full time 100%.
  • in Henningsvær is often changing with the seasons in both weather and visitors, so flexibility when it comes to tasks and workload is expected.
